The time has FINALLY come. We have finished our new album and it will be released on Friday 8.11.23. It will be available to download and stream on all online platforms, we will have it here on our site for ordering, and we will have a handful of live shows to celebrate the release.
Here's more about the album:
On their sophomore album, Twenty-Three, Magic Birds tapped into the musical genius of Chattanooga, TN's own Nick Lutsko for the production. Keeping true to their Americana style of storytelling and mix of classic country, bluegrass, folk and soul, the direction of this album was to present their newest batch of songs with a full-band sound. With Lutsko at the helm, the band sought out many of their musician friends around Chattanooga to help them accomplish what they were searching for. The album features appearances by Amber Fults, Matt Shigekawa, Dan Pinson, Randy Steele, Deron Stevens, John Boulware, Drew Streip, and of course, Nick Lutsko--and not to mention mastering by Charles Allison and artwork by Steven Ratajczyk. And after many years of tweaking, perfecting and swimming through life's challenges, Twenty-Three is finally ready to present to the world and Scott Bruce and Ben Ezell of Magic Birds could not be happier! So turn it on, turn it up and take a musical journey with Magic Birds through the songs of Twenty-Three.

We cannot wait for this one and feel very honored wo be a part of this series with such other great artists! Here's a little more about the concert series: Fireside Outdoor Concert Series is a free, outdoor concert series that began in 2011 with the simple concept of getting families to come out to a local park, unplug from technology and listen to live music gathered around a fire! All ages are invited to enjoy an evening in a rustic setting to listen to live local music gathered around a couple of small campfires behind the reconstructed 1850’s Sniteman Cabin, which is located at the back of the park behind the gardens. Bring your blankets and chairs, marshmallow roasting sticks, maybe pack a picnic and definitely bring your dancing shoes!
